3,000 Sq Ft New Office Development at Cupar Trading Estate, Cupar for
St. Andrews Estates (Scotland) Ltd.
W.M.S. Ltd were appointed as Project Managers / Clients Agent, by St. Andrews Estates (Scotland) Ltd, December 2006, to Project Manage, on their behalf, the Design & Build of their new speculative Office Development at Cupar Trading Estate.
St. Andrews Estates (Scotland) Ltd had already appointed their preferred Design Team and ground Works Contractors, with W.M.S. Ltd co-ordinating the design and the separate works packages on site, through the Principle Design Build Contractor, Scot-Steel Buildings Ltd.
St. Andrews Estates saw in W.M.S. Ltd a facility for releasing themselves completely, to concentrate on their own Core Business, allowing W.M.S. Ltd to make all technical & construction related decisions on their behalf.
